Ever need to make a "double batch" of cookies? Or a "half batch" of your favorite casserole? Using Chef's new Recipe Scaling
feature, figuring out how much milk goes into that double batch of cookies is a click of the mouse away!
First, load up your recipe. Then click the Recipe Scaling icon to
bring up the window for you to enter the amount to scale by.
Select one of the pre-defined amounts, or enter your own. When you click OK, the scaled recipe will be displayed to you with the
ingredient amounts modified as necessary.
You now have a temporary view of the recipe, modified how you need it right now. You can print, add to your shopping list, or view
it as a slideshow just like all other recipes!
